ABOUT OUR SERVICES

All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your stylist with further questions. 

 Please Note: Number of sessions needed may vary to achieve specific results. 

ABOUT CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 

Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%.

All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom "no call/no show" to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame. 

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at managements discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

All service adjustments must be performed within 10 days of initial appointment, additional charges may be applied. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. 

CHILD SAFETY POLICY:

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. Our concerns are for the safety of your children. We kindly request that ONLY those receiving services be present for their scheduled appointment times.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS

For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, no additional guests are permitted during your service

PRIVACY POLICY

We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including text marketing, credit card processing, scheduling software, shipping, data analysis and management, promotional services, etc. - collectively, Service Providers. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services for our business. 

We do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes; we do not buy, sell, or share text messaging opt-in information.
